Ian maybe a career director taking a salary just shy of 300k excluding super however, he has delivered over his tenture with numerous 10 + bagger returns if you were to trade in and out of the stock over the last 10 years.
Not to mention the many times you would of been able to make substantial profits buying at historical lows.
In hindsight, if you were buying at the tops and getting caught having to average down or take a loss you would be fairly pissed.
His salary is high but at least it can be partly justify compared to other small caps.
Go look at what the managing director gets paid at WRM, from memory it’s around $385k + super and he hardly holds any shares nor do the other directors on the board.
At least with RXL the market knows based on past performance it’s had success as an exploration company unlike WRM that spit out the same sh** with lots of paid advertising to suck in new shareholders.
