awesome way to get free shares Mr Ed Bulseco. Xcel will receive $96k in fees for the cap raising, Ed who owns Majority of Xcel then spends $50k to subscribe in Tranche 2. At the end of the process, Ed has extra spare cash in his pocket, plus 3,333,333 extra SI6 shares in his portfolio.
After the Cap raising, $1.6mil raised will then be spent on a number of items, including directors and management's salary! more cash to Ed!
In saying that, I have no trouble with Ed making financial gain, if he can deliver for the shareholders.
