Even if you give them 5 years , they will still be completing "sampling" and other ground related work after that period - You can very well imagine how gross incompetent and useless this management is.

Riqueza and Cerro Reyas are two different projects. S32 are only involved in Riqueza at this point so there is nothing stopping the company to drill Cerro Reyas. They cannot sit idle at Cerro Reyas to see if S32 will consider a JV at Riqueza before advancing Cerro. This is simply not acceptable.

I believe it's time for new management to take over to bring in fresh ideas and perspective. There has been no presentations, seminars, broker research reports - nothing from this management. Extremely poor stuff. No effort in promoting this company.

Ross is a geo and spends quite a bit of time on the field itself...I am not sure about what Justin brings to the table? What is his role? How can he justify his big fat salary?
