    The way they have worded it there appears to be an expectation that it will bleed off the pressure reasonably quickly, I guess if it were to maintain good flow rates of gas then the most viable use would utilizing the gas to produce electricity to connect back to the grid, I have seen this option used in other regions when longer term flaring is not an option
