~20% coming out of escrow but there is no guarantee that all of those shares will be sold or at once. In fact I'm thinking logically there will be profit taking by some escrowed shares but this is a long term game and further strong growth expected (if there wasn't then one would think you'd offload everything) which tends to see shareholders hold on for the ride.
