Hi Friends I just called Stephen Hewitt-Dutton, Company Secretary P: +61-3 9088 0374 and was told that no announcement is going to be out in the near time.
It may be some big player/found/Tiger Global or any other smart investor(s).

Please use to call him too, he's getting tired from my calls (joke) but he must supply all necessary information like today's trade.
