Hi my friends of the Dragontail.

It must not necessary be a leaky boat.

There was a substantial number of shares available for below 30 cents (by far too cheap).

My suspicion is that an investment fund such as Forager purchased some or Tiger added to their holdings. Perhaps also management added to their holdings.

It is not easy to get a large number of shares in DTS and this was a unique opportunity to purchase 0.8% in the company at very cheap prices.

Let's see if there is an announcement in changes of substantial share holding soon.
