Looks to me that Morgan Stanley have control of the SP. We all know that there has been an algo bot busy at work for some time now. The big question is whether it is a distribution or accumulation bot? My guestimate is an accumulation bot with MS acting like a market maker due to no other broker house being active in this stock at this time. The bot pinging and churning has one of it's objectives to discover whether there is any other broker house active in a stock amongst it's other objectives of discovering levels of supply and demand.

Regardless, today's announcement is further evidence that BRB have discovered a "major gold deposit". However, the punters are either not interested or there is buyer exhaustion. I fear that it will take some time for this stock to find clear air space. It will require either MS releasing the brakes or new interest from some money managers or broker houses engaged for their wealthy client/s. Retail interest will not be enough to break the shackles. If the SP can be held down until the next CR then that is how the big boys get hold of a large stake without blowing the lid off the SP. It is not a level playing field and Tom needs to be on full alert every which way. Watch this space.

Anyway, BRB are now doing the hard yards to complete infill drilling and extensional drilling for both length and depth. If there are any predators looking at BRB for takeover they will be keen to keep the market cap around the $50 per resource ounce level +/- a few bucks. That might be the role that MS is engaged to do or something like that??? If somebody can post the latest broker data since 15 May it would be instructive to some degree without being definitive though.... just for curiosity sake.

    Cheers
