Airport is a monopoly (or dual-p1oly at most). Price power may offset some impact from regulators.
But, the vast land holding, mate, unlimited potential.
Online shopping will make air-freight bigger business day-by-day. Soon or late many logistic company will build their distribution centre around airports. Imaging that the airport build for them, charge them rental.
AIX is still traded at discount to NTA. Still provide big margin of safety for invest and trade alike.
Buy below $1.90 is my game plan.
