A lot to like about this announcement IMO - not sure if anyone picked up the subtle hint in JL’s quote:

“Historically, the Namtu smelter produced various copper, nickel and cobalt products in commercial quantities from Bawdwin ore. The company and its partners have been investigating the source of this important value-add for the project.”

Found this very interesting and my bet is these guys could be processing ore in the near term. In fact I bet they have a go at buying the Namtu smelting facility again which is processing today.

Remember they had an option over it when Creasy got involved in MYL but new management dropped it when they couldn’t renegotiate terms. Now that the owner is a major investor in the Bawdwin project, my bet is could be back on the table. Who knows MYL could potentially be a cobalt producer in no time given Bawdwin already has a permit to mine.

DYOR but his reference at the end seems a little bit too coincidental.
