    I am not sure if "something getting out" as there are no current drill rigs working... once they start drilling then the volume/sp movement can indicate some inside buying / selling... in this case, it is just jittery holders bailing out as the wait is indeterminate at the moment... if drilling commences the 0.5c sellers will be gone and nibbles at 0.6c will start... until then, it is a akin to watching paint dry...
