People want it all and they want it now , otherwise they sell.
Going only by recent announcements I still rate GBR a buy.
Why sell a stock that is now sitting on a resource ( albeit undefined) with the likelihood imo that this is just the start of a long term upgrade.
Looks to be holding ground pretty well under the conditions , I would think some well considered buying still going on.
