The issue you have with expelling them is that you have a very high retail and low institutional share register and rallying together many retail shareholders to commit and actually assign votes to another party to pursue the "expelling" is nigh on impossible.

Short of a white knight appearing with the ability to expel but more importantly the ability to you replace with greater value you will have to sit it out to the AGM and pray and hope many small shareholders vote for the 2nd strike. Secondly you will need to make sure you have ready replacements for those "expelled".

Complacency is the enemy of the frustrated and the protector of the incumbents.
