Ann: Strategy Overview Postponed, page-14

Hmmm it started out as a strategy back in February then a Strategy Paper and now a Strategy Outlook.

Do they actually know what a strategic framework is and how to produce one that shows the various elements to a company strategy and then how to break it down to executable and measurable elements without prescribing what their targets are? Let alone track and report on the performance of the various strategic elements during their period of relevancy.

Oh well, lets see what they push out to market when it comes. Appendix 4C will be of more interest to me and that is due end of July.
