Joanna and Kent, stop trying to line your own pockets and self interest. You have had months to get this working and you have failed at every step. Get a buyer or better still pay us 10 million for the business, but walk away from the cash and let merchants generate a positive result. I own a lot of shares and you no longer speak on my behalf and by hanging on by a thread you are not representing the majority of shareholders. The only ones left are the ones here for cash value and those who want to get out with a shirt. Stop holding up the inevitable and help us shareholders at get some sort of return for the millions in goodwill you have wasted over the past 24 months.

And while your at it. Pick up the phone and speak to the other directors who actually do have the shareholders interest at heart., stop being so petty. One week without communicating. Childish !
