Olympian - while disappointing, this company just needs to move on and do so quickly imo. Yes, it would be nice to use accumulated tax losses but if we cannot, so be it. Either way, to use tax losses you need profit and hanging around in the mining/exploration space will not do that in the foreseeable future. I, too, hope management has something up its sleeve. If not, the board should resign and get some entrepreneurial directors in there who are able to find a new business to stick in there. Not much use worrying about how we got where we are (as disappointing as it was), the company needs to reinvent itself and do so quickly. If the current board cannot do it, get some new folks in there and go again. IT, health, Agriculture....plenty of good fields to explore and hopefully capitalise on. I just hope the board is not paralysed because of its past - and now has an attitude of "if we do nothing at least we cannot be blamed for making a wrong decision" (as faulty as that logic is, I have seen it happen many times before). We need someone to make some decisions and get going again.
