@Focker  The most disappointing aspect has been the inaction.  
The reality is a proven resource not even fully explored. 
A potential SMART program that could fund any development.

When you look at the aerial image of the site there is green everywhere.
If someone makes an offer for the whole shebang it is not going to be 0.007 a share.
Someone correct me if I am wrong, yet MF would have an average of between 20-30cents per share.
So as the major holder (22 odd%) we will not be selling unless he is happy. 

50- 100 million for a resource worth a lot more would be fair. LOL
Hope my maths is correct.

Of course, the little guys may get sold out.  I would be happy with 25 cents.  It would make up for all the time wasted.
