The ann only refers to the possible sale of Horseshoe Lights, not the taking over of the company.
The consideration would, I expect, be a combination of cash and scrip in the offering company.
Without HL though, HOR would not have much left would it? So, maybe a company acquisition could be a possibility notwithstanding the wording of the ann. What's the debt situation?
