This does not surprise.
'Following several unsolicited approaches from third parties expressing an interest in Horseshoe Lights, the Company has appointed leading Perth advisory firm PCF Capital Group to carry out a sale process to identify options that deliver best value for Horseshoe shareholders. Any potential sale will be subject to shareholder and any regulatory approvals.'
Who is the favourite? Sandfire? It has the punch. It wants more copper.
Another contender. MLX?
MF is AUR's largest shareholder. AUR has the many tenements in the western and north-western Byrah Basin. Maybe that would be a good fit. It would keep MF well and truly in the HL loop. It would give AUR a Mining Licence wouldn't it?
AUR has a business link with SFR via having farmed out a fair part of its Goodin Fault tenements to SFR. As a result it has shares in SFR.
So, SFR/AUR and HL?? - somehow!
HOR is now a 'buy' I reckon.
