SFR is the obvious player, however, they are usually not that generous and tend to put money in the ground as opposed to vendors pockets (US).
What we do have is a known resource with 1 billion dollars of copper.
Is this just a shopping exercise to try and extract more from SFR? could be!
It definitely won't hurt, the copper isn't going anywhere.
