Great update. Sets a tight timeline and worst case is a $1m raise at share price at the time specified in the agreement.
I know people have been complaints and that is somewhat bred through a low share price but these guys are slowly ticking along. And the good thing is it's all getting done before Graphite gets exciting again. We might just hit the sweet spot.
