I doubt Sir Peter Westmacott, would be involved with a business that doesn't have a logical business plan. Adding to that I doubt he would want to join the FZO board if he didnt think the company had potential.

To me, Tellus Matrix are a group of investors, with a common link in wanting to find companies they can help grow. The guys in Tellus have made their money already, and now they have chosen to back FZO and some associates have backed them into this as well. Tellus get exposure now, through some options, so now they are more encouraged to get FZO moving forward globally.
