I just think the time taken to change will not change the demand thematic quick enough. BHP even wanting to increase Cobalt production.
JRV AUS project, low capex and turn around into production.
Ecobalt, fully permitted and from what I read should be a long way along the production path than planned, hence the articles regarding management shake up.
Even if they come on 2020-2021 cobalt demand will be there. IF there is a DRC problem even more so. BHP wouldn't be wanting to sell a commodity for a couple of years before things change...I wouldn't think..
