The infrastructure acquired is no doubt a nice to have.
But it is this para from the ARNNet article below that has me particularly excited:

Could SLC be moving from B2B to B2C and setting up a wireless ISP by (buy v build) leveraging NuSkope's proven model?
With the chanllenges that the avc and cvc from nbn present a potential SLC alternative that now includes big air wireless infrastructure, scale with vocus backhaul and with a wireless ISP bolt on....could be a compelling opportunity....especially in regional and more remote areas with nbn and high backhaul making it difficult for ISPs to compete in the first place.
