Good morning guys, and thanks
@BigDaniel for the tag.
I have been watching commentaries over the past couple of days and would like to respond to remarks / questions/ commentary raised posted by members to help clarify/clear up a few incorrect statements and provide some answers and clarity. I will do this in 2 posts.
PART 1
1) Question: Where did CGB first meet BioHealth and can you explain the agreement?
BioHealth produce and manufacture our popular VitaHemp Black Label Premium Hemp Seed oil capsules. Discussions have been underway for some time to investigate the possibility of BioHealth manufacturing other products for VitaHemp and T12. The quality of the product has been first class.
As mentioned in an earlier post, I was there during the preliminary discussions and for the official signing of the MOU. We also took photos (these may be shown at a later date). To clarify, there are no statements or clauses in the document that would indicate that the MOU was non-binding. The MOU has all the essential elements required for the lead-up to a formal contract. More information regarding the BioHealth deal, use of licenses, and products that can be produced will be detailed in upcoming announcements.
2) Question: Are Medcan still involved and will they be providing cultivating, growing and manufacturing services for Cann Global Limited?
Yes! Definitely!
The Medcan Team, led by Founder/Director Craig Cochran and Director/Business Development Manager, Gareth Ball, will be very involved with our business activities moving forward, including with the manufacturing at BioHealth.
Sholom, and the CGB Board, have a very good relationship with the Medcan team. Craig and Gareth are consummate professionals in how they conduct their business affairs and have been willing to make adjustments and vary the business arrangements to ensure that both companies fulfill their goals to help people get access to quality grade Medical Cannabis pharmaceuticals, as early as possible. The BioHealth deal will help both companies achieve these goals.
Medcan have the full suite of licenses that Cann Global require for its ongoing business. Medcan will, as signed in the new variation of agreement, continue to be responsible for researching, cultivating, growing and producing, importing and exporting Medical Cannabis formulations for Cann Global Limited as needed.
PART 2 to follow.
Thanks,
