I think you will find the Cap Raise was open to all comers not just shareholders @Neil1959 could confirm this for you.

My understanding is that now an 11th Supplementary prospectus has been released, that anybody who has applied for shares under the Cap Raise, has Until the 22nd of January to withdraw their application in writing and receive a refund.
@Neil1959 Could you please confirm the Date above about withdrawing from the cap raise?
