ASX says not true,
ASX pointed to guidelines issued in October(2017)
These state that businesses wanting to list cannot have a vague or
ill-defined business model, the business has to be more than a concept,
and companies that have not secured, key licenses, government approvals,
intellectual propery rights or other.. rights it will need to
operate its business may not meet listing requirements.
The ASX will decide if they can use Medcan suite of of licenses.
I would call the mm product distribution rights and already operating hemp/health foods business 'more than a concept'.. plus MCL seed bank, partnering with manufacturer etc.
And I do not believe the ASX will determine whether or not they can 'use' the license. A bit of an odd thing to say.. Medcan and the ODC (if anyone) would determine who accesses/uses those licenses. I think you're grasping at straws trying to link two very unrelated things.
Respectfully, I'm very confused by the logic in your posts lately as you are clearly a veteran poster..
End of the day, it currently states they can use the Medcan licenses still - check. Hurdle cleared as much as it can be.
