Been a busy week, though. I will see if I can answer your question and a few others from this afternoon.
Cann Global and Medcan remain in a strong business relationship and are working collaboratively together, there is just a variation in the initial agreement that will be mutually beneficial to both parties with the aim to see Cann Global's production schedule moved forward.
Regarding the facility fitout, funding etc, this has been worked out and like most business contracts, the terms of the agreement are commercially sensitive and cannot be discussed outside of the ASX platform. A summary is issued instead. As released on Friday, a new variation in agreement has been signed between Cann Global Limited and Medcan Australia. The partnership variation and how Medcan will be involved with BioHealth and also Cann Global's involvement will be discussed in more detail in the coming days. On the last page of the ASX release you will see that Medcan is listed equally, in importance, among all other partners.
