I know very little about the plant and equipment required for establishing these sorts of mining operations but this looks like a good deal to me in terms of both time and expenditure savings. Clearly establishing these facilities from scratch would cost several multiples of the amount agreed to be paid and this deal should allow IVA to commence mining earlier than I had anticipated.

IMO this looks like a huge plus for IVA. Funding will be an issue tho and a CR must be on the cards.
