Appraisal orogram to commence first week in February

Turnkey Drilling Contract for up to two CSG appraisal wells executed with Danos Drilling –
Gaborone, Botswana.
 Appraisal wells will be the first to drill and flow test bright and gas saturated coals within
Strata-X’s interpreted high-graded area within the Botswanna CSG Fairway.
 The Company holds 100% equity in approximately 320,000 acres (1,295 sq km) within the
