Doesn't seem like you know very much about Urbanise's business. Try reading their reports. They sign long term contracts for recurring revenue and have had great customer retention. Strata management is not the only thing Urbanise do, but it is one of the areas of the business that is growing strongly with hundreds of thousands of lots under management. Last report, 270,000 already up and running another 282,000 signed and being implemented this year. As the contracts they have already signed roll out, the recurring revenues increase. This has all been announced to the ASX already.

As for integrated, what are you talking about? You seem to think the MyStrata product needs to be integrated with the Urbanise web site - why? What possible benefit would that bring to customers? Look at all the functionality in the Strata product, integrated with mobile apps, google maps, calendars, task management and EFTPOS - surely this type of integration is what customers want, and what Urbanise's competitors fail to deliver.
