I'm also a bit surprised that share price hasn't picked up. I'm assuming at this point that the capital raising soaked up the demand (and the available cash) from most of the bigger purchasers of this stock. So we will have to wait for new buyers to push the price up.
I bought a few more today, to take advantage of the share price while waiting for this to re-rate.
