For anyone that has any doubts, it's really easy to contact the company for these types of questions, but I'll pass on what I've been told..

All their packaging is done in New Zealand. They contract manufacture a raw active ingredient in the USA, import it as a heavy concentrate and do all final manufacturing/blending and packaging in NZ. They would never blend or package elsewhere.

No company handles the whole process and all are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Imo, Zoono gave Stayzon 6 months in order to get rid of their product and not suffer too much of a loss. Zoono don't need Stayzon.
