    Stayzon were using Zoono to manufacture their products, now they are using someone else. Not much cloak & dagger there.
    Stayzon were partners in Australia only, but competitors in the row. Now they are competitors globally. So what, the market is big enough for more than one player & any market with large potential will always attract competition.
