I'm not saying it's not in the public domain, just that the copy i have is stamped confidential for whatever reason. By default the document is now in the public domain because it has been sent to a third party(s) without any restrictions, I'm just choosing not to circulate it further. If you want a copy ask the company for it.
The point is the zoono branded product has been tested by an independent third party in real life conditons & proven to be effective. Contrary to your assertions to the contrary.
