Why would there be less pressure after a year? I can't see it changing much between fairly soon after a frac and any time after that. What happens to create pressure which would become lessened over time?
Either way I can't see deliberately waiting a year to be a good idea, not that I claim to know better than the geologists and I'm very happy to be educated.
Nice movement today for both TXN and SEA. It looked like an accumulation bot working on SEA today. TXN's volume wasn't anything impressive, but it's still great when there's positive movement on a negative day.
