They state their voting power in HML *is* 53.56%, but surely that number is also "subject to the resolution of the proceedings currently before the Takeovers Panel".
Or are they just sticking their heads in the sand in the hope they can convince people to send in acceptances that they'll then process if they get a favourable outcome?
