Hi fellas. Wise AC here.
but even with my wise man hat on it is a bit contradictory.
The "and" relates to the "earlier" of 2 conditions - which confusingly ends up being 3 conditions.
I think the wording has changed in this version. Where is this version from
@CataclyzMick?
My bidder's statment doesn't have that "subject to defeating condition" bit.

The terminology for clause 1 is different.
anyway...
I had always understood it to be 1 month after you voted, as long as the vote becomes unconditional, but not before the date of it becoming unconditional, and no later than 3 weeks after.
Now - I have to agree it is so confusingly written that I'm really not sure when to expect my shares - other than 3 weeks after the 28th July.
Even the way it was initially written is confusing enough for it to be interpreted differently.
And that wording you have is different again...
I still have my GMM shares and I voted 1st July.
Do I allow for processing time and expect any day now? or 3 weeks after?
I'll let you know when I get mine.
I'm probably among the first to have voted.
