Already got the answer but thanks for the useful info props.
Since the offer is still officially open and 'expected' to close this week, it would be up to 21 days after offer is closed, or 1 month after the offer became officially unconditional, which was the 28th of July. So either way we're gonna be waiting till the 'on or before the earlier of' the last week of this month.
