Tourquise Hill (Rio) holds 57% of the stock
Retail hold 18% of the 43% thats left
So under 10% in retail hands
So if one of the bigger holders is selling
it would take awhile
The price would depend on how desperate the seller
But I go along with 30 cents the bottom for now
