THEY ARE JUST ANOTHER GROUP THAT ARE SPROUTING THE COBALT THEME. Look at me I got some cobalt in the ground don't what I will eventually do with it because its miles from anywhere. There are closer deposits to existing ports and roads and such.

Mgmt did nothing wrong. Just got pumped up by the stakeholders from the book build. Victims of their own success.
