I trust the potential suitors, the serious ones, will start buying PLS on market immediately they decide to proceed. They can buy up to 5% through a nominee company without declaring substantial shareholder status. Unsuccessful ones can sell at a profit.
Definitely no CR or other forms of dilution short term.
So it is not likely to get any cheaper from here.
Must be pretty worrying for shorts atm.
