Either we pay for the expansion or we get partners to cover some of the costs. if we pay for it then a lot of shares are issued to us, or a lot of shares are issued to JV/partners or we borrow money at 12%. Which i personally think is a bit high, i think 7% would be a better deal for us makes me wonder who is getting a nice 12% return on their cash. i would like a slice of that action at 12%.
The capital has to come from some one, so who would you give the shares to?
