I don't think there is any reliance on asset sales to maintain cashflow. They sold the asset for strategic reasons. I don't think there is any suggestion that they are or were relying on it, or that it was even necessarily financially essential to sell SHI.
Results look inline with other retailers for the period and its looking like things have stabilized and the restructure is going well. All in all not to bad. Especially when you consider the market cap is 50 mill.
I would have liked an update on the legal proceedings.
