There is no way DC can dig himself out of this. I don’t know what you are talking about. Stop spruiking Spain because it sounds like Uruguay all over again. If there is no money for Uruguay you can bet that most of us will not fund Spain. Given the bad track records I doubt new investors will buy it either. And it’s not going to be a free ride like you think. They will definitely ask for CR to fund Spain like Uruguay. None of us are that naive to think someone will spend all the money for Spain project.
