This from MTH's offer documents: "… the SPP will be a 20% discount to the 5-day volume weighted average price (“VWAP”) up to and including the day before the issue of the shares." There is no price for the shares. That will be determined in the lead-up. Pay your money and see what you get afterwards. What a lucky dip! The last time I forked out money on a deal like that I was backing a roughie at the Dapto dogs.
