Kiwi - The Directors are probably quite happy with the share price at the moment - they are taking shares in lieu of directors fees and salary ( as there is little cash and somethings you NEED to pay - like listing fees to the ASX - otherwise this game is over )
So they get more shares and more of the company.. In reality there is no directing to do at the mo - easy eh. They wait everyone else gets diluted. Money for jam.
