I would not get too excited, Spicer will get the price for the two Tasmanian properties they predict. Spicer need to sell the two Tasmanian properties at directors valuations, to get to 7c a share. I don't think there is a 'hope in hell' they will get the prices. Have a look at the properties on Domain or Realestate .com one is sold with conditions and that sale could fall over if access is not agreed by council and a very long settlement with many conditions. May be the sale stands at a substantially reduced price; Spicer are price takers not price makers.
The other property is in the middle of no where. I think agents would have problems selling it at a discount to a blind Chinese property developer.
I would be doing my calculation on something a little above 6.6c / share
