Why should SHs who got in as part of the IPO receive preferential treatment over the SHs who bought in later at higher prices? A SH is a SH and the company should not consider one group to be more important than others. The scale back configurations should be applied on the same basis for every applicant subject to the amount they apply for. For instance if applications are received for twice of what is available then everyone should receive 50%.
