Well I started buying recently in all this doom & gloom, though not aggressive in this soft spec market. $7m market cap seems overly beaten down to me. The lower it goes though, the better for me as am backfooting into it.

I would like to perhaps see a friendly dialog opened up between SNS (a stock I've also been accumulating though for some time) and SP3. There seem to be some potential significant synergies between the companies.

SNS offers a great AI solution which is done inhouse, has a large IT team to support their software focus, and critically, the ability and willingness to service overseas markets.

SP3 offers camera technology, additional Aussie council exposure for SNS's products and exposure to other sectors that have not yet been targeted by SNS.

Regarding Vontrader's previous thoughts, I tend to agree that overseas cannabis should be a major target for SP3. As an investor in a couple o/s cannabis companies I've been watching the developments abroad very closely. If SP3 don't think they have the capability to service that because of the need for 'boots on the ground', then maybe it's further reason for SNS and SP3 to talk to each other.

However I do not agree with board spills or anything like that and would not support any such move. Yes the shareprice performance is terrible, but that's probably attributable to the significant majority of spec market, including companies that are performing well in business delivery like SP3.
